How long does a bathroom renovation or balcony rebuild take?
Most bathroom tiling projects are completed within 1 to 2 weeks. Full bathroom renovations typically take 3 to 4 weeks. Balcony rebuilds vary depending on size and complexity. We'll give you a clear, realistic timeline during the inspection.
Are you a registered builder?
Yes. Bearcon Building Services holds both the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) and the Building Permit Condition (BPC) for domestic and commercial works. All major works come with statutory warranty protection under VMIA, up to 6 years for structural defects.
Do you handle permits and materials?
Yes, all of it. Permits, materials sourced from trusted suppliers including Bowens, Beaumont Tiles, and Polytec, and all trade coordination. You don't need to manage anything on your end.
What if something goes wrong after the job is done?
All major domestic works are covered under the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA). 2 years for non-structural defects, 6 years for structural. You're protected long after we leave the site.
